After graduating from catering school in Tuscany, Robertino moved to London, mastering the art of coffee over 10+ years in top restaurants, cafés, and hotels.

His travels took him deep into coffee lands — from Ethiopian highlands to the espresso bars of Rome and Milan — capturing coffee culture through his camera.
